When scaffolding access was required for a new build apartment building project in Solihull, SAY provided a full external perimeter scaffold of three lifts with an external loading bay and two table lifts. The scaffolding was raised progressively in line with the progress of the brickwork to meet the client’s programme. Not just access to the external of the building, SAY also provided access for the internal works. SAY erected a progressive scaffold of five lifts to give safe access to build the internal lift shaft and a birdcage scaffold of two lifts to the full extent of the top floor for roof works.
